FREE Services:

Some services in the Erie area may be available at no cost or through public programs, depending on age, eligibility, and family circumstances. The resources below can be a helpful starting point when exploring early support options.

County-funded early intervention for children ages birth to three
- Expert Community Care Management (ECCM) provides service coordination for early intervention services for children until their third birthday. A child must qualify for services through assessment.
